Do you have multiple documents to be notarized? That's great—I'll notarize them all in one trip for one trip fee.

We all wore masks and social distanced, which did not get in the way of having a wonderful experience overall! We found Monica to be prepared, professional, friendly and experienced! We will call her again in the future if need be!

Meet Your Notary

My name is Monica Colston. With 20 years of experience, I am a licensed Notary Public in New York State and a certified Notary Signing Agent. I started The Notary Firm in 2020 after losing my engineering job to COVID. My husband suggested using my notary skills and diverse background to help meet the desperate need for on-call Notary Signing Agents and Notary Publics.

Why should you work with The Notary Firm?

The Notary Firm is a concierge service of the Notary Public business. We provide the highest level of customer service, bar none. We maintain a safe distance when performing our state appointed duties. Documents are explained (as permitted by law). Signers are briefed on how to appropriately sign each of the documents. And you will have added assurance because the signing can be done at your convenience remotely.
