What you need, when you need it.
A Notary who works at
your convenience
You no longer have to worry if you'll make it to the bank in time, or wonder if the bank will notarize this type of document or scramble to decide where to get that item notarized after hours or on the weekends. Do you have multiple documents to be notarized? That's great—I'll notarize them all in one trip for one trip fee.
Call anytime from anywhere. I will be there.

Testimonials
Meet Your Notary
My name is Monica Colston. With 20 years of experience, I am a licensed Notary Public in New York State and a certified Notary Signing Agent. I started The Notary Firm in 2020 after losing my engineering job to COVID. My husband suggested using my notary skills and diverse background to help meet the desperate need for on-call Notary Signing Agents and Notary Publics.
Why should you work with The Notary Firm?
The Notary Firm is a concierge service of the Notary Public business. We provide the highest level of customer service, bar none. We maintain a safe distance when performing our state appointed duties. Documents are explained (as permitted by law). Signers are briefed on how to appropriately sign each of the documents. And you will have added assurance because the signing can be done at your convenience remotely.
